To the entire Nature’s ReLeaf family,
The global spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us. At Nature’s ReLeaf, people come first. We have a duty to our employees, our patients, our customers and our communities to do our part in preventing the spread of this terrible virus. In order to do so we have implemented necessary precautions and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and our employees.
As of March 18th, 2020, we are open for our normal business hours while closely monitoring the situation. During this time, we will be allowing no more than four (4) patients/Customers in the building at a time in order to ensure proper distance and sanitation. We have the ability to place orders at the front door as well and can call or text you as soon as that order is filled, at which point you can enter the lobby and receive your products at the front window with minimal exposure to other guests and employees. We are also days away from launching our Recreational online ordering platform which allows you to place an order for same day pick up. A patient advocate can assist in setting up your username and profile in order to log on. All online orders can be picked up at the lobby counter within 24 hours. Delivery using this platform will begin shortly as well.
